★ Leather journals are our passion and specialty! Each leather journal and leather product in our shop is completely handmade with the finest craftsmanship and highest quality materials. We make each and every journal and leather product by hand in my shop. We also personalize every leather journal, leather luggage tag, and leather cord wrap by hand. The unique marks and characteristics from creating each leather journal by hand make no two leather journals, luggage tags, or leather cord wraps the same! You truly get a unique leather journal that we’ve created just for you!
★ We only use the finest materials for my leather journals and other personalized leather gifts. We searched far and wide for the beautiful, thick, oil-tanned, full grain leather that we use to create each of our leather products. This is real leather, from real cows, and each has its own unique marks and characteristics. We cut down entire hides to create a special leather journal, leather luggage tag, or leather cord wrap. Don’t expect the paper to be wimpy 20 lb computer paper—it’s wonderfully thick and feels amazing at an 80 lb weight (our Classic designs). This paper is acid free and will hold up well and takes many mediums well—ink, graphite, and even mild water mediums—without bleeding through.
★ Our production time is 1-3 Days from when an order is placed, and within the USA, we ship with USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days), USPS Priority 1-3 Day, or you can upgrade to Express (1-2 Day). For International shipping, we use UPS Standard International or you can upgrade to a more expedited option.
★ For International Shipping, please keep in mind transit times can vary due to destination and local customs laws. Any customs fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over what fees may be incurred or the varying transit times!
★ Weather conditions, holidays, customs clearance, and other unforeseen reasons can sometimes cause delays. We apologize if this ever happens! We’ll always get your item shipped as quickly as possible, but please remember it’s out of our control once it leaves our workshop. However, we’ll do my best to help you in every way we possibly can!

I only collect your name, address, and email address. Data retention:

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
Your Rights:

-Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

-Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
-Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Care instructions
Take care to avoid getting water on your leather products. Wipe clean when needed. Gently rub small marks to lessen their appearance.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items come gift wrapped and with a gifting tag.
Engraving / Stamping
Unfortunately, the engraving cannot be done on both sides of the leather. The backside of the leather is softer and not smooth like the front side. When stamping is done on the back, it shows through on the front and messes up any stamping on the front.
Processing and Shipping Times
It takes 1-3 days from when an order is placed for it to ship. Shipping in the United States takes 1-3 days (USPS Priority) or 2-5 days (First Class). Upgrading to Express shipping will cut shipping down to 1-2 days.
